New clients begin with the Healthy Hair Start Experience, a one-on-one first visit of about three and a half hours. The visit looks at scalp health, shedding, breakage and overall hair wellness, and ends with education and recommendations shaped to that client's hair. Holistic, hair-supportive products are used during the session.
Clients who keep their hair up every two to four weeks can book Healthy Hair Maintenance, a visit of about two and a half hours. Other options include silk press styling, a blow-dry-only service for a cleanse and blow-dry without a full hair and scalp plan, and Hair Strength Therapy and Scalp Soothing Therapy for ongoing care. Services do not include extensions, installs or protective styles, and hair should arrive free of protective styles and detangled.
Booking runs on a monthly schedule, with appointments opening on the 20th for the following month. Booking through StyleSeat requires a credit card on file and a small deposit that goes to StyleSeat rather than toward the service. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period, and cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are not charged.
The salon centers each visit on the individual client's hair and scalp, combining education with recommendations and holistic, hair-supportive products.
