Most of the menu is built around locs. Retwists come in several styles, including a plain retwist, a version with basic style, and options with double strands, plaits, rope or barrel twists, jumbo ropes, a loc bun or loc petals. Starter locs, coils, micro loc retwists and retIes, loc knots, rod sets and interlocking are also offered, along with loc detox treatments.

Repair and reattachment work is part of the menu too. Loc repairs are priced per unit, full head repairs begin with a consultation, and reattachments start at a higher price that varies. Wick maintenance and wick repair are offered, including for wicks that are not fully combined or need resectioning.

Kids ages 2 to 11 can book retwists, retwists with basic style or double strands, and starters or coils. Clients who have questions can book a 15-minute consultation in person for $15. Residents outside Illinois can book a video consultation at the same price, covering wicks, loc comb outs, loc repairs and loc extensions. Clients are asked to read the cancellation policy before and after booking.
