All appointments are booked online, and walk-ins are fitted in between scheduled appointments only, with no guarantee.

Most services begin with a deposit that is non-refundable and goes toward the total. Chemical services require a color consultation first, which must be approved before any chemical work is done. First-time sew-in and extension clients need a consultation, offered virtually for $30 and credited to the service if booked within 7 days. New loc clients and those booking major loc work need a first-time loc consultation for $25. Every service includes a shampoo and a complimentary treatment chosen by the stylist. Clients with heavy oils, buildup or matting are asked to book a Detox Treatment or Detangling Service, and extra charges apply if that is needed but not booked.

The menu runs from blowouts and silk presses, including a first-time silk press package at $200 with a $25 deposit, to sew-ins from a quick weave at $175 through invisible sew-ins at $300. Braids, twists, color, relaxers, cuts, styling and treatments round out the menu, along with add-ons for excessive length and a My Hair On Your Off Day option for hours beyond the appointment.

Policies are firm. Clients should give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations, reschedules or service changes. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late need to call or text, and a $15 late fee is added when a late client proceeds. Payment is due at checkout by debit, credit or digital payment; cash is not accepted. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Only clients being serviced may attend, so guests and children are not allowed. All services are non-refundable, so any concerns should be raised before leaving. The salon may refuse service for chronic lateness, no-shows, disrespectful behavior or policy violations.
