Services fall into three groups: brows, lashes and sugaring. Brow prices run from a $12 wax cleanup to The Ultimate, a combined wax, tint and lamination service at $125 that takes 90 minutes. Lash services include tints, bottom add-ons, extension fills and removal, and a Korean lash lift that is combined with a custom lash tint and lasts six to eight weeks. Sugaring covers the face, underarms, stomach, legs, back, chest and bikini area.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the service total, and the remaining balance is paid at the end of the appointment. Payment is accepted by card, cash or Cash App, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations and reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours ahead. Each appointment may be rescheduled once. Late cancellations and no-call, no-show appointments are charged 80% of the service total to the card on file, and rebooking a cancelled appointment requires a new deposit.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM, and closed Sunday.

The business also runs a one-on-one Lash Masterclass from $1,000 with a $350 deposit, lasting 330 minutes and including a full kit and certificate. A separate one-on-one Refresher Masterclass at $650, with a $250 deposit, lasts 360 minutes, includes a full kit and certificate, and is for those already licensed or certified.
