Brow options are brow tinting, brow waxing with tinting, and microblading. Lash options are classic, hybrid, volume and wispy volume sets, which the studio says last two to three weeks. Lash extensions are a semipermanent option that gives a made-up look without mascara, and they can be worn through swimming, showering and sweating. Clients are advised to skip mascara because it can affect how well the adhesive holds, and contact lenses come out before a lash appointment and can go back in right afterward.

Appointments are held with a non-refundable deposit. Clients get a 15-minute grace period; arriving 16 to 20 minutes late means only the remaining time in the appointment, and arriving 20 or more minutes late means rescheduling. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Extra guests and small children are not permitted in lash, brow, facial or hair removal sessions. Parking is free in the front lot, though reserved spots are not for clients.

Clients with sensitive eyes should say so on the consent form and at consultation, and a patch test is required before lash work.
