Brows are a large part of the menu. Eyebrow shaping is done with a razor and costs $12. A wax and tint takes about 45 minutes and the tint lasts up to two weeks. Eyebrow lamination, at $90 and about an hour, is described by the spa as a non-invasive alternative to microblading. For longer-lasting color, the spa offers microshading, which pairs hairlike strokes at the front of the brow with shading through the rest, and ombre powder brows, which use shading throughout for a powdered makeup look and suit all skin types. Both are a two-step process with sessions usually 5 to 6 weeks apart, can take up to three hours, and use topical anesthetics. Brows may last up to three years depending on skin type, genetics and aftercare. Brows done by another artist can be covered up or reworked, starting at $650.

Eyelash extensions come in hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, with full sets, fills, a lash bath deep clean, colored extensions and removal. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and the spa says extensions can last up to five weeks. A full set appointment averages two to two and a half hours and a fill about an hour and a half. Lashes applied by another artist are accepted, though the team may need to remove and reapply a new set if earlier work cannot be worked over. The spa says extensions do not affect natural lash growth when applied correctly. For a lift without extensions, an eyelash lift with tinting lengthens natural lashes and lasts three to six weeks.

The rest of the menu covers lip, chin, underarm, bikini and Brazilian waxing, with the Brazilian wax done completely bare, including the buttocks. Teeth services include Swarovski crystal, real diamond, celebrity and designer logo tooth gems, along with teeth whitening in a 30-minute express or 60-minute session. The spa says whitening is guaranteed to lighten three to eight shades in one session. The medi spa menu includes Botox priced per unit, B-12 injections and semaglutide injections, and the first semaglutide visit includes baseline weight and photos.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit. Appointments have a 15-minute grace period, after which they are canceled and charged the full-service rate, and pre-paid appointments are forfeited if a client arrives late. Cancelling less than 24 hours ahead forfeits the deposit and may bring an extra charge, and a no-show forfeits the deposit with a possible charge of the full service price. Eyebrow procedures need a virtual consultation with full-face photos when another artist did the brows. Before microshading or ombre brows, clients avoid alcohol and blood thinners for 24 hours, avoid waxing, tanning or tinting for 7 days, and avoid chemical exfoliants for 4 weeks. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards from $25 to $300 and expire after 12 months, and a loyalty program awards points for bookings, product purchases and signing up.
