The studio describes its mission as giving every client a space where they feel seen and leave with hair that suits them. The menu grew to more than 30 styles in 2023, and the studio says it welcomes women, men and kids of all ages.

Visits are by appointment only. You can reschedule once using that deposit; after that a new deposit is needed. Services can be removed from a booking but not added later. A brief consultation is included at confirmation, and full payment is due at the service. Each appointment allows one guest. Clients supply their own braiding hair, and the studio will advise on the type and amount by Instagram DM.

Shampoo and blow dry are included with every service except Braid Down. Knotless braids usually take about 3 to 8 hours depending on size, and jumbo knotless about 3 to 4 hours. Knotless braids typically last 6 to 8 weeks with proper care, and cornrows 2 to 4 weeks.
