Che' owns Slayy By Che' and is a Licensed Master Cosmetologist. She began serving clients full-time in 2016 and has more than 10 years of hands-on experience. She is a certified protective style specialist, and her certifications include a 2019 Certified Protective Style Specialist certification from the Professional Beauty Association, a 2020 Advanced Braiding Certification from the Natural Hair Academy, and a 2021 Loc Maintenance and Retwist Specialist certification from the Naturally Textured Hair Institute. She specializes in knotless braids, loc retwists, passion twists and natural styles, and works with all hair types, textures and ages. She is great with kids, keeping the experience fun and comfortable for them. Clients are seen in a private studio, which keeps each visit personal.
