Clients can book facials and electrolysis as single visits or through packages. Options include a 12-facial plan with one visit per month, a 24-facial plan with two per month, a 48-facial plan with four per month, a monthly facial package and a three-session scalp facial package. An acne bootcamp is a $555 series of biweekly skin care appointments over 90 days. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page, and the 12-facial package includes 10% off retail products.
Monthly memberships are available at three levels: one maintenance service per month for $99, two beauty services per month for $199, or four services per month for $299. Membership benefits are applied automatically at in-store checkout.
Booking carries a few policies. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to book a service, a $150 deposit is needed for new clients booking the full-body treatment, and a $25 deposit is needed for permanent electrolysis. Clients who do not show up are charged the full price of the service. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be cancelled or rescheduled at the technician's discretion. Children and additional guests are not allowed in the treatment room. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Hours are 7 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 11 PM on Saturday, and 7 AM to 7 PM on Sunday.
