Each visit starts with an assessment of the client's hair and scalp condition. Installs begin with a scalp cleanse and a foundation braid pattern, then are shaped to blend with natural hair. Sew-ins need at least 4 inches of natural hair throughout, and clients are asked to wait three full weeks after a relaxer before booking.

New clients can book a sew-in with approved bundles for $250, with closures added for $125, or a flip-over sew-in using their own curly or wavy bundles for $275. A healthy sew-in with three 18-inch raw Southeast Asian natural wave bundles included is $550. Returning clients can book a sew-in with their own bundles or a flip-over for $250, a closure sew-in for $250 without hair included, a luxe reinstall of previously purchased Slayed Luxe Hair bundles for $235, or a luxe sew-in with bundles included for $525. Client-provided bundles must come from Slayed Luxe Hair, Yummy Extensions, Hair So Fab, D Hair Boutique or Honey Hair Company, and pre-cut bundles are not accepted. The salon suggests three bundles for fullness, and hair 26 inches or longer may need more.

Existing clients can book sew-in refreshes, a closure refresh, a protective style prep with strengthening treatment, and a luxe silk press. Refreshes apply only to installs the salon performed with extensions bought from the salon, and closure refreshes booked after three weeks or standard refreshes booked after five weeks are canceled. A sew-in takedown covers only installs done by the salon.

A non-refundable deposit reserves each appointment; the service policy lists $25. Deposits can be moved to another date for up to 30 days, and clients who cannot attend should contact the salon at least 24 hours ahead. No walk-ins and no extra guests are allowed. Clients can pay in four installments through Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm or Sezzle by purchasing through the salon's shop before booking. The salon notes that scalp irritation, itchiness or hair loss from extension wear are not its responsibility, and that wefted methods may not suit sensitive scalps.

The salon offers an annual experience in two options. Option I is $1,250 and includes five sew-in installs, three sew-in maintenances, two takedowns, priority booking, reserved evening and premium time slots, and locked-in pricing for the year. Option II is $1,500 and adds one set of Slayed Luxe Hair bundles (18-20-20). Enrollment is limited to 10 clients a year, existing clients get priority access, a service agreement is required, and services are used within a 12-month term and scheduled by availability. The annual experience is paid in full in January, with pay-in-four options stated as available. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
