Braid sizes are described by how many rows run ear to ear, from jumbo through small, with the wear time and appointment length given for each size. Braiding hair comes in colors 1b, 2, and 4 and in 42 and 52 inch lengths, and X-Pressions prestretched hair is included for braided styles. Boho human hair is available as an add-on.

The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9:30 am to 6 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 6 pm, and is closed Mondays and Fridays. Clients are asked to arrive with freshly washed and detangled hair unless a wash is booked, and anyone with hair under 3 inches all around should contact the salon before booking. A deposit is due at booking, varies by service, and is applied to the total, with the full balance paid before the service ends. Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours ahead. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, a $15 fee applies if a client is more than 15 minutes late, and a no-show is charged half the cancellation fee to the card on file. Cash, debit, credit, and Zelle are accepted, with a 3% fee on card payments. Payment for minors under 16 is due at drop-off.
