The studio aims to help clients enhance their natural beauty through quality products, personalized service, and beauty and wellness education. Facials run from a 45-minute men's facial to a 95-minute TLC facial, which opens with a consultation with a skin specialist before cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, a mask and massage. Other options include a Signature Glow facial for people already keeping up a skincare routine, a Deluxe Dermaplaning facial that removes dead skin and fine vellus hair, and an 80-minute HydraFacial using hydro-dermabrasion with serums. The Deluxe Dermaplaning facial is not offered to first-time clients, who are directed to the Signature Glow or TLC facial instead.

Bookings are made through Gloss Genius. Deposits are non-refundable, and rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice given through Gloss Genius. Cancelling without 24 hours' notice forfeits the deposit and carries a fee of 30% of the total services booked, and a no-call or no-show is charged 50% of the scheduled services. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Hours are Monday 8 AM to 12 PM, Wednesday through Friday 8 AM to 8:30 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 3 PM. The studio is closed on Tuesday and Sunday.
