Beyond Body Esthetics LLC started in a small space in owner Tabia Robinson's apartment in Pikesville. As clientele grew, the business moved into a larger studio in Suite 203 on Old Court Rd.

The studio aims to be a comfortable, relaxing place where clients can focus on their own well-being. Facials are customized and include hydrating and anti-aging options, with extractions when needed. Men have their own options, including a personalized facial with beard treatment and facials that address shaving irritation, oiliness and environmental damage. A teen facial is also offered.

Body treatments include a hydrating massage that uses healing oils, hot towels, aromatherapy and steam, and an underarm treatment described as purifying the skin and reducing odor. There is also a lavender and peppermint foot scrub with calf massage, plus a full body facial and a facial for the backside. Brow work includes microblading, which deposits pigment in fine, hair-like strokes, and microshading. A topical numbing cream is applied before and during brow appointments. Brow results typically last one to three years, with touch-ups suggested every 12 to 18 months. Lash extensions typically last four to six weeks, with touch-ups every two to three weeks.

Booking policies ask clients to arrive on time rather than early; appointments more than 15 minutes late are canceled and must be rescheduled. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice by call, text or online. Same-day cancellations carry a $50 fee charged to the card on file, and no-shows are charged $75. After two no-shows, clients are no longer seen at the studio. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable but can go toward a rescheduled appointment made within 30 days, and clients may reschedule once in a 30-day period. Facial clients are asked to come with a clean face free of makeup and skincare products, and waxing works best when hair is at least a quarter inch long.

The studio is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and closed on weekends. Clients can call or text (443) 939-1217 or email beyondbodyesthetics@gmail.com. The online shop sells skincare products, beauty skincare packages and beauty subscriptions, and gift cards are available for facials, lash extensions and brow services.
