Facials form the core of the menu. They range from a 25-minute teen mini-facial for congested pores to Luzern facials of up to 1 hour 25 minutes, which include an oxygen infusion and a collagen sheet mask. Bookings require a credit card on file. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice; cancellations within 24 hours are charged half the service price, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Guests more than 10 minutes late may have their service changed. Memberships are offered as Every Month at $199 per month or VIP Elite at $299 per month, and both include twelve facials a year and a discount on products.
