The facial menu starts with a 35-minute express facial that cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates. Standard facials run about an hour, including the Rosemary's Roots Signature Facial, which is tailored to each client, and the Pumpkin Enzyme Facial, which removes dead skin cells and is described as suitable for all skin types. The Back Facial treats the back with a hydration mask, steamed towels and light massage, and the Deluxe Glow Facial uses targeted serums and masks for hydration and a refreshed look. Every facial includes a neck massage.

The Acne Rescue Facial uses gentle exfoliation and a skin-clearing formula aimed at acne, congestion and inflammation. The Brightening Facial uses brightening enzymes, vitamin C and corrective serums for hyperpigmentation and dullness. The Anti-Aging Facial uses firming peptides and antioxidants with corrective exfoliation and runs 1 hour 15 minutes. Other options include a non-invasive microdermabrasion facial, a full custom dermaplaning facial, a light-based chemical peel, and a series of three chemical peels.

Add-ons can be combined with a facial: LED light therapy, a dermaplaning add-on, cold therapy, and a hand and arm massage. Brows, lashes and waxing are also offered. Brow lamination smooths and sets natural brow hairs, brow tint adds lasting color, and a combo of both is available. Lash lifts add a curl to natural lashes without extensions, typically lasting six to eight weeks, and lash tints darken them, with a combo option. Waxing covers underarms, brow shaping, cheeks, chin and lip, and full face.
