Treatments are non-refundable, and packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Clients may contact the studio within 7 days if unsatisfied to discuss adjustments or follow-up care. Skincare product sales are final, though exchanges or credit may be issued for defects or adverse reactions. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday through Saturday with varying openings, Sunday 12 PM to 5 PM, and Monday closed.
