Hair is sold alongside appointments. The Virgin Hair Collection is 100% human hair that can be colored to a level 7 blonde, and the business says it lasts longer than beauty supply hair. Vietnamese Curly Wave Hair is 100% raw single-donor hair with no synthetic fibers, can be colored up to 613 blonde, and is said to last up to three years or more, though it does not hold heat-set curls for long. Clients can buy hair while booking online, and orders ship by USPS.

Booking fees are non-refundable and go toward the service. A fee can move once to a new appointment within seven days of the original date if the change is made at least 24 hours ahead. Color clients should not wash their hair for at least two days beforehand and should arrive with it blown out straight. Color appointments can take three to seven hours. Payment is cash or Zelle for first-time clients and Tap for returning clients, and Tap carries a 3.6% processing fee.

Arriving ten minutes or more late means rescheduling, though a few minutes late is fine. Missed appointments carry a charge of 25% of the service total, and a no-show without notice can lead to a ban from future booking.

Each appointment is one-on-one with Jada Sky, with the service planned around the client's hair.
