Seasonal color analysis is one of the salon's main offerings. A personal color analysis gives a client a personal color and sub-season, a set of colors chosen for them and a written, personalized report. Three tiers are offered, with higher tiers adding a custom mini swatch book and, at the top tier, a same-day makeup shade matching consultation. A duo appointment lets two people, often friends, book the analysis together.
For hair, the salon offers corrective and gray transition color, root retouches for regular color clients, and foil, balayage and pintura highlights in partial or full versions. Corrective color is priced by the hour and includes rebuilding and conditioning treatments between steps, and the salon notes that a final gray transition may take more than one session. Curly and wavy cuts are priced according to how long it has been since the last cut or style change, with a separate rate for new clients. Clients can also book a Cezanne smoothing treatment, which the salon describes as a formaldehyde-free option meant to tame curly, wavy and thick hair rather than fully straighten it, or a conditioning treatment with styling.
The makeup menu includes a consultation covering product recommendations, shade matching and application coaching with the Jane Iredale line, which the salon carries in store and online. Special occasion makeup can be booked as a trial, to discuss preferences and test a look first, or as a full application. Eyebrow tinting and waxing and eyelash tinting are also available.
