Treatments are customized to each client. A 30 minute facial ($110) includes a deep cleanse, exfoliation and a mask, but not extractions. The 60 minute facial ($170) is tailored to skin type and adds skin analysis, extractions and facial massage. The 75 minute facial ($200) builds on the 60 minute version with extra massage. A 45 minute back facial ($170) covers cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, massage and a mask chosen for skin type.

Massage therapy includes Swedish massage (60, 90 or 120 minutes, $170 to $340), deep tissue massage (60, 90 or 120 minutes, $180 to $360) and prenatal massage, which is available after the first trimester. Add-ons such as Theragun percussive therapy, hot stones, reflexology, a foot scrub with lavender or peppermint, and full body stretching can be booked with a massage. The business describes its aim as a calm, restful visit.

First-time clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. Clients who are pregnant or who have allergies, high blood pressure, a physical ailment or other health concerns are asked to tell the business before any service. Clients may undress to their comfort level, and professional draping is used throughout.
