Facials run from a 35-minute express or brightening option to a 65-minute deep cleaning session focused on extractions. A 60-minute hydrating facial adds massage for the hands, feet, neck and face, and a 55-minute signature facial is described by the salon as suitable for first-timers, teens and pregnant clients. Facial treatments are tailored at the time of each appointment.

The 90-minute Natural Face Lift is a non-surgical, non-injectable facial muscle treatment that includes lymphatic drainage and a hydro jelly mask. Other options include dermaplaning and body treatments: a 50-minute back facial with steam, a scrub, a hydrating mask and a back and shoulder massage, and a 60-minute body polish with a sugar scrub and body butter.

Chemical peels are performed by a licensed and experienced esthetician. The lactic acid peel is described as the gentlest option, the glycolic acid peel is a standard 30-minute peel, and the TCA peel is described as the strongest offered, with possible downtime afterward. Products used or sold include the Dermalogica line and the Skin Script Rx Skin Care line, which is aimed at anti-aging, hyperpigmentation, melasma, sun damage, acne and rosacea.

Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, back, bikini, Brazilian and buttocks. Appointments run 30 to 40 minutes depending on the area, and the salon describes its waxing as speedy and meticulous with little discomfort. Waxing follows a no double-dip rule and works best with about a quarter to half inch of growth, roughly 10 days. Booking requires a major credit card, cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid late fees, and clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork and a new client evaluation. Men are asked to shave at least eight hours before a facial, and health conditions, allergies and physical ailments should be disclosed when booking and at the start of treatment.
