Along with facials, it offers waxing and a spa menu with oxygen treatments, aromatherapy, microcurrent, ultrasonic current, LED therapy and modified chemical peels.

Every facial includes a deep clean, extraction, high frequency, face and neck massage and a mask. Treatments can be tailored on the day, with the electrotherapies, enzymes and exfoliants chosen at the appointment. The salon describes its facials as customized, and its signature Guinot facial, Hydradermie, uses electrical currents and botanical actives to cleanse and rebalance skin.

Each first visit starts with a detailed consultation that covers lifestyle and how it affects skin and aging. The spa keeps detailed records of every visit and updates treatment protocols when needed. The philosophy behind the work links maintaining appearance to preventative health, self-esteem and well-being, and holds that skin care should rest on education, trust and results that protect skin over time. The spa also believes effective skin care should be within reach for everyone.

Hours are Tuesday 9:15am to 6:30pm, Wednesday 9am to 5pm for product orders and pickup only, Thursday 10:30am to 8pm, and Friday and Saturday 9am to 5:30pm. The spa is closed Sunday and Monday. Parking is suggested across the street at the Beverly Connection, which charges a flat $6 fee, and clients are asked to allow 15 extra minutes. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and clients are asked to arrive on time. Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay are accepted, and gift certificates are available for listed treatments or for a dollar amount toward any service.
