Every visit starts with a consultation before any treatment plan is made. Facials are tailored to each client after a skin analysis, using professional products that are also sold on the site. The business describes its skin care as medical grade.

The facial menu ranges from a 60-minute customized facial to HydroFacial and several Plasma Fusion and Rewind Time facials. Facials are recommended every four to six weeks. A customized facial includes a double cleanse and skin analysis, enzyme exfoliation, facial massage, a mask, and a finishing serum, moisturizer or sunscreen.

For more involved goals, the business offers chemical peels, which use PCA peels and are best done in a series spaced 21 to 30 days apart, with a post-peel product kit included in each peel.
