Massage is a large part of the menu, with seven styles of traditional, specialized and deep tissue massage, including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone and lymphatic drainage. Other options include Graston Rehabilitation Therapy, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, cranio-sacral work, gua sha, fascia blasting and Ayurvedic head massage. Most massage styles are offered in 30, 50 or 80 minute sessions, and any service can be turned into a package on request.

Skin care covers facials, body scrubs, dermaplaning, microneedling, peels, HydraFacials and an oxygen facial dome. Teen skin care facials are offered with a trained aesthetician. Stretching is available as Fully Assisted Stretch using PNF, either added to a massage or booked on its own. The spa also offers head spa sessions, teeth whitening, ear candling, and waxing and brow services.

Visits are booked with a credit card kept on file. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice to avoid a fee; later cancellations are charged 60 percent of the service amount, and no notice or arriving 15 minutes or more late results in the full amount being charged. All service sales are final, and refunds are not offered on used or unused appointments, sessions or packages. Card payments carry a 3 percent fee, which cash avoids. The spa sanitizes after each client.

Gift cards can be bought on the website or by phone, as digital e-gift cards or physical gift certificates. If the buyer cannot visit, the salon will customize one and send it by email. The salon says it was voted 2022 Best of Palm Beach County and describes itself as the best rated spa; these are its own claims.
