Visits are built around the individual. Jillian looks at internal factors and everyday care habits as well as the skin itself, and she explains during treatments what is going on with a client's skin and which options can address their concerns. Most of the clientele comes through referrals, according to the business.

The menu has several layers of intensity. Light options include a mini facial, dermaplaning and a teen facial. Peels range from a progressive peel for people new to peeling, to Biorepeel, which the business says has less downtime than a traditional peel, to a Transformation peel that needs a consultation or two weeks of Jan Marini preparation and about 7 to 10 days of recovery. The Advanced peel facial is not offered to new clients. The business describes Glacial Glide Rx as pregnancy safe.

Several treatments combine steps in one visit. Diamond Glow pairs extractions, exfoliation and serum infusion with optional dermaplaning and LED light, while the Skin Method and Unicorn packages layer microneedling with other treatments. Celluma LED is available as an add-on, described as light therapy that can support recovery after invasive procedures. A consultation is offered at no charge.

Loyalty and booking perks include gift certificates, $5 off the next treatment for checking in on Facebook or posting a tagged skincare photo after a visit, and a referral credit of $20 off the next treatment valued at $100 or more for each new client referred. Referral credit does not apply to gift certificates. Jan Marini products can be ordered online through an account set up with Jillian.
