IV therapy is chosen after a consultation that reviews health history and formulation ingredients; the clinic says IV therapy is not a detox treatment, a guarantee against illness, or a weight loss treatment.

Booking requires a $10 deposit, which is deducted from the cost of the treatment. Appointment requests are not confirmed when submitted; the clinic contacts clients by phone or email within 24 to 48 business hours. The deposit is refundable with 24 hours or more notice of cancellation, and it is also refundable if the clinic has to reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments are not refunded. The deposit is paid through Square's secure payment page, and the clinic does not see or store card details.
