Skinology Aesthetics operates from Suite 200 at 842 N Highland Ave NE in Atlanta, with free parking on site. Tereion, the owner, is a licensed aesthetician and the only professional listed, so appointments are with the owner. The business is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm, closed Sunday and Monday, and it can book appointments outside those hours for an additional fee.

Services cover brow tinting, advanced facial treatments, eyelash extensions and Brazilian waxing. New skincare clients start with a consultation. Booking requires a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the total cost of the service, and that deposit can be moved to a new date once. Changes need to be confirmed by email at least 24 hours ahead; same-day changes are charged 50% of the remaining balance to the card on file. A no-call, no-show is charged 75% of the remaining balance and is banned from booking. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, and arriving late shortens the appointment by the minutes missed. Extra guests and children are not permitted at appointments. Refunds are not given for services performed, but concerns can be raised within 48 hours.

Some preparation guidance applies to certain services. Facials are suggested three to five days before a special event because skin can purge. For eyelash extensions, clients should arrive makeup-free and limit caffeine beforehand, and foreign fills are not accepted. Lash fills are best booked every two to three weeks while at least 40% of lashes remain; after 21 days or below that level, a full set is needed. Removing makeup or heavily soiled lashes adds a $15 deep cleansing fee. Waxing requires three to four weeks of growth, and clients using Accutane or Tretinoin should avoid it. Several exfoliating and vitamin products should be stopped 72 hours before waxing. A patch test is strongly suggested 24 to 48 hours before brow tint and lash services for anyone with eye or skin sensitivity.
