Parking is behind the building and reached from Glendale; the entrance is the double doors on the right. Children are welcome, and relaxing services can take place in adjacent treatment rooms. Upstairs in the Rosefinch Loft are two independent businesses: Third Eye Brow Studio, which offers permanent brows, and Rebel Beauty by Chaz, which offers lash extensions, lash lifts and brow lamination.

The Recovery Suite is a self-service set of three treatments: a two-person infrared sauna with chromotherapy lighting and Bluetooth speakers, set between 120 and 150 degrees F; a mist shower, complimentary with any sauna booking; and a SoLo vibroacoustic lounger. The sauna costs $55 for 30 minutes or $85 for 60 minutes, and the lounger costs $40 for 20 minutes or $65 for 40 minutes. Sauna guests must be 18 or older, or 12 and up with an adult guardian, and pregnant people and those with a pacemaker should not use it.

Nail services are waterless, with no tub soaks, and take place in a private nail studio with one room and one station. Waxing uses strip wax, hard wax and organic sugaring and is open to all genders, except intimate waxing on male genitalia. Clients on prescription exfoliants such as Retin-A can have eyebrow waxing or tweezing in place of waxing. Gift cards can be bought in person, by phone or in the app, and they expire after five years; they are not valid for medical aesthetic services, including Botox.

The salon describes itself as a very inclusive, supportive environment that welcomes everyone. It says its facials use products it places among the finest in the clean beauty category.
