Skinlightment Skincare Studio was founded in 2025 by Emely, an esthetician with over four years of experience, including time at various spas with a varied clientele. The studio brings facials, waxing and sugaring together in one place on Avalon Boulevard.

The facial menu starts with a universal facial and a clarifying facial aimed at clogged pores, both including customized products, a double cleanse, a mask, massage, serums and high-frequency. Gua sha is a massage-focused option with lymphatic drainage benefits, and dermaplaning removes vellus hair and dead skin buildup. The studio does not recommend dermaplaning for mature skin or active acne. A chemical peel is offered only to existing clients, and the nanoneedle facial uses nanoneedling to stimulate collagen. An LED add-on can be paired with any treatment and is described as aimed at acne, inflammation and collagen production.

Waxing covers the face, body and bikini areas, including a Brazilian wax and a Brazilian enzyme treatment that uses enzymatic exfoliation, extractions and high-frequency therapy, aimed at ingrown hairs and hyperpigmentation. Sugaring covers bikini, leg, arm, back, stomach and face, though full face sugaring does not include brows. Clients who return for maintenance 4 to 8 weeks after a Brazilian wax or sugar at the studio are offered a reduced price.

Facials are built around customized products and steps chosen for each client, and the founder describes them as results-driven.
