The facial menu runs from a 45 to 50 minute Custom Skin Facial at $150, suited to all skin types and including deep cleansing, extractions, a neck and décolleté massage and a customized mask, up to a 90 minute Skin Lift Facial at $200 for fine lines, loss of firmness, dullness and uneven texture. Skin Relief at $175 is designed for sensitive or reactive skin, Skin Clarity at $175 is a deep-cleansing option for oily, acne-prone or congested skin, and Dreamy Skin at $175 is a nighttime facial offered one to two times a month using Circadia sleep-supportive actives. Cell Story Liquid Microneedling at $350 is a needle-free treatment that uses liquid microneedling technology to deliver active ingredients. Clients who are new to facials are advised to begin with the Custom Skin Facial. Facials are typically recommended every 4 to 6 weeks, and the salon says its facials aim for visible results and long-term skin health.

HydraFacial treatments come in three levels: the 30 minute Signature at $200 cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates and suits all skin types; the 45 minute Deluxe at $275 adds a booster serum and LED light therapy; and the 60 minute Platinum at $350 opens with lymphatic drainage and adds further corrective steps and skin refinement. The salon describes HydraFacial as using patented Vortex-Fusion technology. Body options include Hands ($75), Chest ($150), Arms ($175) and Back ($250) HydraFacials, and a Scalp Treatment ($275, 45 minutes) that clears buildup and includes a take-home peptide complex spray.

The Clear Skin Journey is a 3 to 6 month acne program built on Face Reality products, with bi-weekly treatments, lifestyle coaching and a personalized homecare routine that costs $150 to $200 and is sold separately. The first visit covers an acne consultation, lifestyle review, skin analysis, sensitivity test and a first treatment, and includes a product and treatment plan and a free Acne Success Kit. Follow-up treatments every two weeks include a cleanse, an enzyme or mild peel, ultrasonic extractions, blue LED therapy and finishing products. Clients are asked not to use their own skincare products during the program, as outside products may hinder progress. The salon reports a 90% success rate for its Face Reality Clear Skin Program and says most clients see noticeable changes in 3 to 4 months with consistency.

Add-ons include LED therapy ($30, 10 to 20 minutes), ultrasonic exfoliation ($20), dermaplaning ($40, 10 to 20 minutes), high frequency ($10, offered after extractions), and eye or lip treatments ($45 each, 10 minutes, with a take-home serum). Clients are asked to avoid makeup for 12 to 24 hours after a treatment. Some clients may notice mild purging after a facial, which is usually temporary. Pregnancy-safe facials are offered, and pregnant clients are asked to say so so the service can be adjusted.

Treatments are shaped around each client's current skin condition and long-term goals, and the esthetician may recommend a different treatment after analyzing the skin.
