The menu is grouped into facials, body massage, combination massages, eyebrows and eyelashes, and add-on services. Facials run from about $80 to $359 and include HydraFacial variations, microcurrent, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, RF microneedling, Pico laser for brightening and dark spots, and radio frequency and LED light therapy. Several treatments, including Pico laser and RF microneedling, require a consultation first. Massage starts at $100 for a 60 minute Swedish session, and the Lux Combination massage, which the salon calls its signature and most popular, comes in two versions. Combo II includes hot stones.

Prenatal massage is offered from 14 weeks of pregnancy, and a pregnancy facial is recommended between 13 and 36 weeks, with guests needing to say they are pregnant when booking. Postpartum facials are suggested at least six weeks after delivery, and a postpartum recovery massage has its own timing guidance. Teen facials are for ages 12 to 17 with a parent or guardian present at check-in.

Cash payment unlocks the cash special massage rates. Regular pricing applies to card payments, and prenatal massage, Master Therapist sessions and add-ons are excluded from the cash special. Booking requires a full name, phone number, email address, an online account and a valid credit card that secures the appointment. The card is charged only after the service is completed, unless the client cancels late or does not show. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows or unannounced absences are charged in full. Arriving 15 minutes or more late may lead to cancellation. Refunds on prepaid appointments require 48 hours' notice and carry an 8% deduction for card refunds, which store credit avoids. Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.

The salon is open daily from 10am to 8pm, with the last appointment accepted at 6:30pm. Clients are asked to keep phones silent during services, and first-time clients should arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to complete the intake form. Clients should disclose medical conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgery or pregnancy before the appointment.

Massage sessions are built around the client's areas of tension, with pressure, temperature and focus adjustable during the service. Facials are matched to skin concerns and offered in several technology-based and peel-based options.
