Dr. Catherine Jung founded the practice to help people enhance their natural beauty. The practice lists six guiding principles: putting guests first, fostering a sense of belonging, continuous learning, following evidence-based science, encouraging wellness, and appreciating beauty.

The treatment menu covers facials, skin resurfacing, skin rejuvenation, injectables, hair treatment, IV therapy, vitamin injections, skin care, and hormone replacement therapy. Custom facials are designed after a consultation with an aesthetician and booked as 60, 75 or 105 minute sessions, alongside several named facial treatments. Laser and medical aesthetic procedures are performed on multiple platforms, and hormone therapy starts with a short health assessment and lab work.

Individual sessions and discounted packages are both available, and pay-over-time options carry 0% APR with no hard credit check, according to the website. Guests are asked to keep a credit card on file, need to give at least 24 hours notice for changes, and may be charged a cancellation fee that depends on the length and type of appointment. Product sales are final unless a product caused a documented skin reaction. The practice is open Tuesday through Thursday 10am to 6pm and Friday 10am to 4pm, with Saturday visits by appointment, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
