Before a first visit, new clients complete an online form covering allergies, date of birth, health history and a liability release, and agree to the studio's deposit and cancellation policy. Before and after photos are shared online and on social media only with the client's written permission.

Party deposits are non-refundable. Gift certificates in set amounts can be bought online for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries and other occasions.

Treatments are shaped around each client, with custom facials at the center of the studio's work.
