The studios focus only on corrective facials and professional skincare. The business does not offer lasers, lashes or trend-based services, and it says its aim is to raise the standard of the facial experience in the industry.

Treatments follow a four-step method of assess, heal, correct and maintain. Most facials run 50 minutes, and signature facials are customized to concerns such as dryness, oiliness, redness, acne, congestion, sensitivity, hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles. Each corrective treatment is paired with a home-care routine. New clients book a one-hour New Client Facial Treatment with consultation for $140, and the treatment is chosen after that consultation. Electronic paperwork is sent before the first appointment, and new clients must confirm that appointment at least 72 hours ahead or it is cancelled. Enhancements such as dermaplaning or parts of the Glacial Skin facial can be added for an extra cost.

Facial Goat, the training side of the business, offers mentorship, workshops and seminars for licensed aestheticians, and a Certificate of Completion is given when a training is finished. A mentorship discovery call is $120 for 30 minutes. Ongoing mentorship with Jena Irby is listed at $325 per hour, either virtual or on-site with a three-hour minimum for on-site sessions. Consulting and collaboration rates are available by inquiry.

Booking policies ask for at least 36 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and late cancellations carry a minimum $100 fee. Day-of cancellations, same-day reschedules and no-shows are charged the full service fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a day-of cancellation. More than two consecutive cancellations require a non-refundable $100 deposit before rebooking. Children are not allowed in the studio and guests cannot attend services.

Before treatments, clients are asked to avoid retinol and exfoliants for 72 hours, avoid recent sun exposure for 10 days before peels or microneedling, and skip rigorous workouts on the morning of the visit. Afterward, makeup is best avoided for 24 to 48 hours after peels and microneedling, strenuous activity for 48 hours, and working out or swimming for 72 hours. Clients should not wash their face for 6 to 8 hours after a signature facial or chemical peel, and wait 10 to 14 days before any at-home exfoliation. Broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher is advised daily and reapplied every 2 hours, including indoors.
