It starts with a skin analysis covering skin type, acne type, severity and sensitivity, and ends with a customized skincare regimen. Products for that first visit are listed at roughly $100 to $170. Between treatments, the at-home routine is adjusted every two weeks, and a one-hour check-in every other month reviews progress. Clients are also taught about possible acne triggers, including food, comedogenic products, medications, household items and supplements.

The facial menu includes named options for oily or acneic skin, sensitive or barrier-impaired skin, anti-aging concerns, back acne and hyperpigmentation, and a facial designed for men that works around beards. Chemical peels are graded from light to heavy, with separate peels for back acne and hyperpigmentation. Most peels are not offered to first-time clients. Nano-needling is described as using tiny channels to deliver serum and is presented as different from microneedling. The business says it allows up to 97 percent product absorption.

Lash services include a tint, a lift, and a combined lift and tint. Microdermabrasion comes in a short express treatment and a longer version that adds extractions and a jelly mask.
