New clients can start with a free 20-minute virtual consultation, which covers skin concerns and ends with a personalized treatment plan and product recommendations. The team also offers a paid consultation paired with a mini facial and a home regimen plan. Every provider on the team follows the same standard of care, so the experience stays consistent whoever a client books with.

The menu covers a wide range. Facials run from a 30-minute Glow Reset and a 25-minute teen facial for ages 10 to 17 to a 1 hour 20 minute New Client Facial and a 1 hour pumpkin enzyme renewal. Dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and a clay-based Purifying Back Facial address texture and congestion, and microneedling is offered as a series. Microneedling needs a skin analysis or a pre-approval from a previous treatment before it can be booked.

Chemical peels come in two levels. A Level 1 peel is a customized advanced exfoliation with little downtime. A Level 2 peel requires the skin to be prepped and pre-approved first. SkinCore recommends a series of 3 to 6 peels for the best results, and it gives written aftercare for the days following each peel.

Memberships are billed monthly. The Glow Getter Membership is a 6-month commitment and includes one customized facial each month, a skincare plan, and member savings on upgrades and retail. The Glow Getter Elevated tier is a 3-month commitment with a monthly 75-minute Ritual Glow Facial, two enhancements of the member's choice, discounts on in-office retail and upgrades, a birthday gift, and two annual skin imaging sessions once available. Memberships can be paused for up to 60 days or gifted to a friend.

Treatments are customized around each client's skin, goals and lifestyle rather than a standard facial, paired with homecare guidance and low-downtime options such as peels and facials.
