Xochitl, who holds licenses as a massage therapist and master esthetician, founded the spa and owns it. Korean facials range from $80 for the BRO GLO and Clean Girl facials up to $420 for gloTOX.

The facials focus on hydration, barrier repair and healthy-looking skin, drawing on traditional Korean skincare techniques and facial massage. The spa describes its methods as authentic K-beauty and says its facials use Korean formulas that are custom-formulated, with 100% Korean skincare formulas. Named actives include PDRN (salmon DNA), carboxy oxygen, PD-13 Therapy, Volufiline and marine spicules. Liquid microneedling uses spicules instead of needles, and the GLO2 Therapy is a five-phase facial with a Jet Plasma pen.

FACE SCULPT is a sculpting method built on facial muscle activation, TMJ/TMD tension relief, buccal massage, lymphatic flow and sculpting techniques. Each session opens with a short consultation and closes with guided exercises. It comes in three levels, from the $85 Mini Sculpt to the $200 Master session, which the spa says is its most comprehensive. The spa recommends a session every two to three weeks for best results, and FACE SCULPT sessions are accepted for HSA payment.

Massage options include reflexology with aromatherapy in 25-minute, 45-minute and 60-minute versions, as well as relaxation, deep tissue, cupping and hot stone sessions of 50 minutes or more. Baby Mama Massage is for expecting clients in the first through third trimester, and clients should check with their doctor before booking Post-Partum Massage. Brow services include lamination, which gives a fuller, shaped look and typically lasts 6 to 8 weeks, along with brow waxing and tinting. The Korean lash lift and tint can last up to 6 to 8 weeks.

Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, and late arrivals may have sessions shortened. Appointments are held with a credit card, and same-day cancellations or reschedules are charged 50% of the total, while no-shows pay the full service rate. Anyone 18 or younger may only be in the spa while receiving a service, and no childcare is offered. Memberships are billed monthly and continue until cancelled directly with the business, with a two-month minimum and a $40 early cancellation fee; they cannot be paid with gift cards.
