Every treatment is planned individually. There is no published price list. Instead, consultations are complimentary and take place face to face with a doctor or an aesthetic nurse specialist, and the exact cost is shared before any treatment begins. Pricing for a personalized plan is final once the consultation is complete, and treatment starts only after the patient agrees to that price. Patients can apply for interest-free financing through CareCredit, either online or in the office.

The menu is organized around a few areas. Injectables include neurotoxin treatments that relax the facial muscles behind forehead lines, crow's feet and other fine lines, along with Kybella. Dermal fillers add volume and lift sagging areas and are also used for the folds and lines around the mouth. The laser menu includes XEO laser treatment, Laser Genesis, which is a non-invasive laser that heats the deeper layers of the skin, IPL, vascular laser, skin tightening and laser hair removal. The skin care side offers chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microneedling and several facials. Facials can be combined with microdermabrasion or a chemical peel for a more intensive session.

Scheduling is flexible. The practice is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to 5pm, Thursday until 7pm, Friday until 3pm and Saturday until 1pm, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Evening and weekend appointments are offered, and same-day appointments are often available. A rewards program earns points on bookings and referrals, and SkinCenter also takes part in the Alle and Aspire manufacturer rewards programs for certain injectables and fillers.

Treatments are customized to each patient, with facials tailored to individual concerns and skin needs. Injectable procedures are performed by a physician or an aesthetic nurse, and physicians are on the premises.

The offices are described as elegant and luxurious, with a spa-style feel.
