The studio describes its approach as clean, clinical skincare combined with what it calls innovative technologies. Its services are meant to restore, exfoliate, balance and hydrate the skin, usually as part of ongoing facials supported by a professional home care routine. The studio says its results are proven and measurable.

The Glo2facial is a three-step treatment using Oxfoliation technology, and the studio notes that Cosmopolitan named it the best facial of 2023. Other facials include an oxygen glass facial with a five-step process and oxygen mask, a Micro Channeling Infusion Facial offered as a needle-free alternative to micro-needling, DMK enzyme treatments, a Puresculpt Ice Facial using lymph drainage, clay and herbs, and glycolic peels. Teen, acne and back facials are also offered, along with red and blue LED light therapy and microdermabrasion.

Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early. Appointments need 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, and late cancellations or missed appointments are charged the full cost of the service. A credit card is required to book and is charged only in those cases. Gift certificates can be bought online, and Spa Finder certificates are accepted on full-priced services. Skincare products are sold through a shop linked from the website.

The studio builds each facial around the client's skin needs and recommends ongoing treatments with a home care routine between visits.
