Facials are the core of the menu. The Signature Radiance Facial comes in 60 or 90 minute versions and is all-inclusive: the treatment is chosen for that day, with an eye and lip treatment and a homecare plan included. The Glow Express Facial is a 30 minute visit focused on a single goal, such as exfoliation, hydration or calming, and also includes an eye and lip treatment. New clients can book a 90 minute New Guest Skincare Session for $120, which includes 30 minutes of complimentary consultation. Facial techniques include LED light, microcurrent, gua sha, facial massage, lymphatic drainage, targeted concentrates and hot oil scalp massage. Extractions are not routine and are done only when needed. The studio also offers 90 Day Skincare Programs, with treatments planned in three month stretches.

Chemical peels use Rhonda Allison peels, which layer mostly botanical acids applied in stages. The number of layers can be chosen for each client, and depth and intensity are adjusted during the session. Downtime can be set anywhere from none to a more intense peeling period. Peels are usually done as a series spaced three to four weeks apart. Microneedling uses AnteAGE growth factor serum in every session and is usually booked as four to six sessions about four weeks apart, with downtime of about five to seven days. Numbing cream is available on request. Gentle lactic acid peels are also offered and are often recommended in colder months.

Laser hair removal uses a Magma Spark Diode Laser at 808nm for the face, underarms, small, medium, large and bikini areas. Starting with at least five sessions is recommended, with touch-ups possibly needed later. Sessions are typically spaced four to six weeks apart above the neck and six to eight weeks below. A complimentary laser consultation is offered, and good candidates may receive a complimentary underarm or mini bikini session. The studio states its laser prices are lower than often found in the city. Waxing uses hypoallergenic hard and strip wax imported from France, according to the studio. Hair should be about a quarter inch long, and waxing is typically booked every four to six weeks. Men can be waxed, but bikini and Brazilian waxing is not offered on male genitalia.

Visits are booked online, and same-day openings are often available. Walk-ins are not accepted. Occasional rescheduling or cancellation carries no fee, though as much notice as possible is requested. Children are not accommodated during appointments, including in the treatment room. The studio is fully wheelchair accessible, and any transfers or position changes are done by the client or a support person. Major credit cards and cash are accepted, but change cannot be given for cash. Text is the preferred way to get in touch, with replies aimed within 24 hours Tuesday through Saturday. Hours are Wednesday 10am to 6pm, Thursday 1pm to 8pm, Friday 10am to 4pm and Saturday 11am to 5pm, closed Sunday through Tuesday. The studio describes itself as LGBTQIA+ friendly and says it is kept to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Treatments are planned in three month stretches, with each monthly facial building on the previous one. The focus is on supporting skin with gentle treatments rather than aggressive correction.
