Beyond the programs, the studio offers consultations for returning clients, virtual skincare routine reviews, and virtual and in-person acne consultations. Facials and peels range from dermaplaning and deep pore extraction to an advanced corrective facial and PRX-T33 or BioRePeel chemical peels, which are booked by request.

Booking is simple. No deposit is needed for in-person appointments, consent forms are completed online at booking so there is no paperwork on arrival, and online consultations are paid in full when booked. Bookings are made by text, email or Instagram direct message; phone calls and chat support are not offered. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and shorter-notice cancellations or no-shows incur a $50 fee. Arriving 15 to 20 minutes late can usually be accommodated, though treatment may be shortened and the full price still applies.
