Visits typically begin with a full skin analysis by the skin care experts, who look at a client's concerns before recommending treatments. The facial menu is broad: cleansing and brightening facials, a version for sensitive skin, a deep pore cleansing facial, and facials that combine LED light with oxygen infusion or microcurrent. Dermaplaning, microdermabrasion with a nourishing mask, a buccal massage and a laser carbon peel are also offered. According to the business, its facial treatments are quick, taking minutes.

Acne care is organized as an Acne Program. It starts with an individual plan, with close monitoring and regimen adjustments made to avoid over-drying or irritating the skin. Memberships are billed automatically to the card on file on the 1st of each month. They carry a six-month minimum join period and then continue month to month, and they can be frozen for up to three months once a year. Member perks include 10% off products, $5 off enhancements, 10% off additional facials, and event access.
