The studio is open Monday and Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. It is closed Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

The facial menu runs from a quick 25-minute refresh to longer treatments. The Glow & Go Facial is a 25-minute cleanse and exfoliation with a short shoulder massage and an SPF moisturizer. The SkinByB Signature Facial takes 45 minutes and adds a double cleanse, a skin analysis, a face, neck and shoulder massage, a customized mask and targeted serums. The Clear Skin Facial, a 1 hour 15 minute service, is made for breakout-prone skin and includes antibacterial cleansing, clarifying exfoliation, steam, extractions and a choice of high frequency or blue LED. The Rewind Facial focuses on fine lines and elasticity and may use LED or radio-frequency technology. A Back Facial is available for the back, with cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, a back massage and a customized mask.

Several add-ons can be combined with a facial. Dermaplaning uses a surgical blade to remove dead skin cells and fine vellus hair. Microdermabrasion uses a diamond tip or crystals to exfoliate the outer layer of dead skin. The Honey, you're the full package! option bundles an eyebrow wax, dermaplaning and a Signature Facial for $115 in one 1 hour 15 minute visit.

The waxing menu covers the face, underarms, bikini and Brazilian areas, back and chest, and both half and full legs, with service times from 15 minutes to an hour.
