The practice covers family medicine, including in-office visits, house calls, urgent care and preventive wellness.

Signature membership is priced at $2,605 a year and includes unlimited primary and urgent care with office visits included, same-day or next-day appointments when available, telehealth, secure messaging with the care team, in-office diagnostic testing, prescription management with access to an in-house pharmacy, and coordination with specialists, imaging centers and outside physicians. The YCMD Private tier costs $5,000 a year and adds direct private phone access to Dr. Oza, enhanced physician access and priority care, annual VO2 max testing, a yearly health and longevity strategy consultation, IV therapy when clinically appropriate, and one annual at-home physician visit, subject to medical appropriateness, scheduling and geographic availability. House calls are offered for an additional fee. Membership does not replace health insurance, and members may be able to use FSA or HSA funds; the practice recommends checking with the benefits administrator. Prospective members meet with the onboarding physician before joining, and a complimentary meet and greet lets people tour the practice without any obligation.

The med spa side includes IV hydration sessions in a private treatment bay with a full entertainment suite. Drips are named by purpose, including the Cleanse, Fit, Glow, Immunity, Migraine, Mind, Quench, Recovery, Restore, Revitalize and Custom drips. The Glow Vault is a $79 monthly membership that banks $79 in credit each month toward any med spa service, along with 10 percent off skincare products, member pricing and priority access to treatments. Unused credits roll forward, but the membership applies only to med spa services. Appointment requests do not guarantee treatment, and every service is subject to provider evaluation.

Injectables include Botox and dermal fillers for the lips, under eyes, cheeks and chin. Botox is used for frown lines, crow's feet and forehead lines, and also for chronic migraine, TMJ, cervical dystonia, trapezius muscle tension and hyperhidrosis. The average Botox dose is 50 units but varies by patient, most patients return every three to four months, and patients are asked to avoid blood thinners such as aspirin and Advil for two weeks beforehand. Lip filler is done in the office with numbing beforehand and little to no downtime. Filler packages are named Pout, Foundation, Refined, Frame and Sculpted, with prices from $1,400 to $3,500, and final plans are set at consultation. SkinPen microneedling uses ultrafine needles to create controlled micro-injuries that prompt collagen production, and it is used for fine lines, acne scars, hyperpigmentation, stretch marks and skin texture. A session includes 30 minutes of numbing and a 30-minute treatment, and mild redness similar to a light sunburn can follow. PRP microneedling applies a serum made from the client's own blood, processed to concentrate platelets and growth factors. Private events are also offered.
