A visit usually starts with a skin consultation, offered virtually or onsite for $100. It includes a phone or virtual conversation of 30 minutes or more and a written, step-by-step protocol, and the fee comes back as a $100 voucher toward products or treatments used within 45 days. Each facial is customized to the client's skin needs and comes with self-care suggestions covering diet, cleansing and at-home care.

The menu is grouped into facial treatments such as Custom Consult and Treatment, Peptide Glassy Glow, Skin Purity with nano-needling and MicroChannel Procell, with SkinBio Deep Glow hydro-dermabrasion available at South Park. Peels include the Healthy Skin Peel, Micro-Peel, Cool Peel and an Italian RePeel, which are usually booked as a series. Microcurrent sessions use the Neurotris system, and holistic and rejuvenating services include lymphatic drainage, cupping, Gua Sha and the Facial Contouring Release and Lymphatic Flow treatment.

Memberships renew on the 1st of each month. The 60-minute Basic plan includes one treatment credit per month, and the 90-minute VIP plan includes one or two credits with selected enhancements at no extra charge. Credits roll over for up to 12 months, can be shared or gifted, and cancellation requires 45 days written notice. Booking policies ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and payment is by credit card or Apple Pay, since cash is not accepted.

The studio combines Eastern and Western skin care philosophies, using medical-grade products with holistic techniques and attention to skin function and wellbeing. Treatments are tailored to each client and paired with self-care recommendations.
