Treatments are built around each client's skin and goals. The business says it creates a custom skin routine for each client and works to help them keep to it. Targeted facials come in 50 or 80 minute versions. The 80 minute facials add upgraded massage and treatment for the hands, neck, and decollete alongside the facial work.

Maintenance facials suit a shorter visit or a regular schedule. Just A Quickie is a 30 minute facial, and Goal-Getter is a 50 minute facial. Several add-ons can be layered onto a facial, including gua sha, dermaplaning, high frequency, microcurrent firming, a neck and shoulder massage with hot stone compression, extra extraction or LED time, a puffy eye treatment, and a hand treatment.

Memberships are a way to keep a monthly routine. A 50 minute membership includes one 50 minute facial a month, and an 80 minute membership includes one 80 minute facial a month. Members get 20% off additional services, treatments, and upgrades, and up to 15% off retail products. They also receive seasonally chosen product samples at each visit and a complimentary puffy eye treatment on their birthday, and each membership includes one free facial a year to give to someone else. Memberships can be used at either location. Spending on products and treatments also earns points in The Habit Rewards Program, which is free to join and can be redeemed for reward services.

Treatments are personalized to each client's skin and goals, and the facials use clinical and targeted processes.
