Every laser hair removal visit begins with a customized consultation, and all treatments come with post-care instructions and products when needed. Microneedling is usually booked as a series of three sessions four to six weeks apart, with a professional numbing cream applied first. IPL is commonly done in a series of three to five sessions about three to four weeks apart, and most laser hair removal clients need six to eight treatments spaced four to eight weeks apart. Clients are asked to stop retinol or vitamin A serums 48 hours before an appointment, and to avoid retinol and prescription retinoids for five to seven days before microneedling. Shaving the laser area 24 hours beforehand is advised, along with avoiding waxing, tweezing, threading, or epilating for at least four weeks.

Appointment changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged $50, and no-shows or cancellations under two hours ahead are charged the full service price. Packages and series must be used within one year of purchase, and services and gift cards are not refundable.
