Acne is a central focus, and the salon describes itself as Long Beach's premier acne clinic. Its acne work addresses hormonal breakouts, cystic acne and congestion, and it also addresses acne scarring and hyperpigmentation through specialized treatments and a custom home-care routine. The Acne Clearing Program runs three months with bi-weekly appointments. It includes six 45-minute facials with clinical peels, extractions and corrective treatments, a first round of Face Reality homecare adjusted every two weeks, two skin-clearing supplements chosen for each client, and text access to Robin or Shelby between visits. A virtual version of the program includes six FaceTime check-ins to assess skin and adjust the routine. The salon states it was awarded Best of Facial Spas in Long Beach.

Beyond acne, the menu includes HydraFacials in several versions, a Custom Glow Facial built on Savor Beauty products, a 90-minute DMK Enzyme Treatment, a Teen Facial, the Perfect Derma Peel and a series of MicroChanneling MD sessions. The salon describes the Perfect Derma Peel as painless. Waxing covers the face, body and intimate areas, and reiki and cranial sacral therapy sessions are also offered.

Visits are by appointment only, and clients can book online or call the salon. Street parking is available nearby. A free-standing 30-minute consultation costs $50 and can be done in person or virtually before a facial, and that fee is waived if a client signs up for the acne program the same day. Facials can be adjusted for clients who are pregnant when they mention it at consultation.

Memberships are billed monthly on auto-pay from the day they start, sign-up is immediate, and members can cancel at any time. The Custom Glow Membership includes one 60-minute facial each month plus 10% off in-spa products, excluding Face Reality. The Advanced Skin Health Membership gives 15% off in-spa products, also excluding Face Reality. Members pay the difference at checkout to upgrade a facial or add an add-on.
