Each visit is adjusted to the client's preferences. The studio follows strict sanitation and hygiene protocols and uses Circadia skincare for most facials. New clients booking the Let's Begin Facial, a 75-minute treatment designed for first-time clients, get a skin analysis, deep cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, facial massage and a mask. Other facials focus on specific needs: the Clear Skin Acne Facial, the Hydrating Oasis Facial for dry and dehydrated skin, the Age-Defying Renewal Facial for mature skin, and a Beard Facial that includes a beard scrub and ShroomGroom beard oils.

Booking is by appointment, with hours on Wednesday through Sunday and the studio closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. New clients pay a deposit for several facials, and a deposit is required for the Flash Facial, Beard Facial and Back Facial. Cancellations or no-shows within 12 hours of the appointment are charged the full service price. In-person bookings can be paid over time through Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in 50, 75, 100 and 200 dollar amounts or a custom amount, and they are final sale.

Treatments are tailored to each client's preferences, and the studio follows strict sanitation and hygiene protocols.
