SKIN WITH LYSS

Skin With Lyss is a skin care business run by esthetician Alyssa R, located in suite 109 at 1273 E Shaw Ave in Fresno. Appointments are booked online through a Glossgenius page, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

The main offering is Your Skin, My Choice, a facial built around each client's skin needs and available in 30, 60 or 90 minute sessions, starting at $119. For new clients, the New Client Consult and Custom Treatment is a 75 minute visit at $150 that starts with a skin consultation and analysis, then moves into a custom facial and ends with a treatment plan and a home care plan. The Back Facial, at $150 for 30 minutes, uses the Face Reality acne back peel to exfoliate acne-prone or hyperpigmented skin; the peel may cause mild flaking afterward. The Lash Lift + Tint, $89 for 60 minutes, lifts, lengthens and tints natural lashes without extensions, with tint included.

Booking rules are straightforward. Appointments require a non-refundable deposit to reserve: $50 for the consult and back facial and $35 for the lash service. Changes must be made 24 hours ahead to keep the deposit, and later changes count as same-day cancellations. No-shows, same-day cancellations, and arrivals 10 or more minutes late that prevent completing the service may be charged the full service fee. Deposits, services and retail products are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The studio is open Wednesday through Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM and on Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Monday and Tuesday.

Treatments are tailored to each client's skin, starting with analysis and a plan, and the aim stated is healthy skin rather than perfect skin.
