An extension consultation is required before any extension install, and its fee is applied toward that appointment.

The facial menu includes a first-visit custom facial for new clients, standard and luxury custom facials, and a custom back facial for body care. The head spa menu has three levels, from a signature scalp treatment with blow dry and light styling to a longer experience with scalp analysis and steam, and a combined head spa and facial ritual. Lash services include a Korean lash lift and tint.

Skin treatments include the SWiCH Rejuvenation Treatment, a Circadia treatment that the studio says works without the downtime of a traditional peel; a consultation is needed first to confirm it is a fit. A Raspberry Enzyme Booster, recommended about two weeks after a SWiCH treatment, is offered only to SWiCH clients, and a bundle covers one SWiCH treatment and one booster per cycle.

Packages bundle services at a discount, including The Reset, which pairs a signature head spa with a lash lift and tint, and Royal Maintenance Day, which pairs a royal head spa and facial with a lash lift and tint. Existing package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking a covered service. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and can be scheduled for delivery.

Hours are Monday and Tuesday 5 PM to 9:30 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday 5 PM to 9:30 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 6:30 PM; the studio is closed Wednesdays and Sundays. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a 25% fee, and same-day cancellations and no-shows carry a 50% fee of the scheduled total. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift card sales are final.

Services are customized to each client and delivered one-on-one, with hair color, facials and head spa treatments planned around the individual.
